2 Timothy 2: 20 - 21. But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honor, and some to dishonor. 21 If a man therefore purges himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
Over the years, the world as a whole has gone through a lot of financial problems, natural disasters and social trials. Man-made structures such as Wall Street have collapsed with its attendant effect on jobs, income, marriages and families.
